Our consignment auctions are commission based. We operate on a sliding scale commission just as that of a true livestock commission company. A typical consignment auction held in the spring consists of around 1500 individual sale lots, 600 buyers and 200 different cosigners. We usually operate two separate individual auction rings, some years we have had as many as four rings going at once.

We are capable of handling the transportation of equipment and other items to and from the auction site using auction company trucks or by using an independent contract carrier to move larger equipment.

Advertising is the key to sellers receiving the maximum amount on auction day. We believe that any auction should be advertised long and in outlying areas. Our advertising plan usually consist of direct mail flyer's, print ads in local newspapers, Internet, and regional agriculture & equipment publications. As an auction company we make our money based on commissions so we strive to achieve the highest return for you, and in turn that is how we make a profit.
